Workshops & Afternoon Activities

*Blessing of the Atonement: We all want to understand and use the Atonement better in our lives.  Bro. Jon Mitchell will lead us through this discussion.

*We all need to be prepared in all things for whatever may befall us, be that our homes, food, education, or spiritually.  Sis. Cindy Hannah will instruct us as to how we can become better prepared for the future.

*Do you have any questions about dating?  A wonderful panel including a member of the Stake Presidency, the Stake Patriarch and his wife, a Stake RS President, and other singles will lead this Dating Panel.

 

In the Afternoon we will be showing 2 movies:  "The Princess Bride" and "Sherlock Holmes".

We will have stationary for you to write some of our wounded Servicemen and women--we will mail them for you. Our Stake Family History Librarians will be open to help us actually find our loved ones and show us how to procede at home.  Bring your membership # with you for this.  They will be there all day long.  Reedy Creek Park has volleyball, badmitton, hiking trails, frizbee, etc.  It's a great place to relax.  There will also be a gameroom with all sorts of different games.  This is a good time to prepare your Paper Bag Skit for later on.  If you want to shop or go to the Aquarium, there is a brand new one at Concord Mills Mall.
